1. We highly suggest measuring your child's head with a piece of string or ribbon and comparing it to a measuring tape; as each child's head are a different size and shape. 2. We have given a rough guideline for the size of our hats in the product descriptions of each item.

As long as it is in the first 14 days after receiving your items, you are still eligible for a refund. Please contact us via email and we can discuss further.

If you haven't received your order within the 3-5 working days, please email us at hello@groms.co.uk with your order number and address and we can start the process of locating your product with Royal mail.

Sadly we don't ship Internationally at the moment, however if you really want our products. Send us a message to hello@groms.co.uk with your location and we will get back to you with international shipping rates.
